Team: Samvada Womens' SHG from Pavgada, Bijapur, Belgaum & Dharwad
Samvada is a collective of passionate individuals united by a shared vision: creating a gender-just, socially inclusive, and environmentally sustainable world - working with economically disadvantaged youth across Karnataka, guiding them to lead lives of dignity, self-discovery, and purpose (To know more, please click here - https://www.samvadabaduku.org/)
As an annual event, the team travels around Karnatka to learn and get inspired. Their stop at Prakriti on 24h Feb (30 of them) was a mutually inspiring and fun filled event.
While they learn about branding and Trust building from the customer point of view, the Prakriti team learnt about agricultural practises in North Karnataka and their organic production methods. At the end, the Prakriti team got delighted that they've found a good source of rich and nutritious food for stocking at the Store. A sense of community was established between the producer and the retailer. Now, its the Prakriti's turn to extend that sense of belonging with the customers. Samvada, Prakriti & Mysore customers together shall live together forever!!!
